Our customer is a recruitment service provider based in Bengaluru. They decided to launch a nationwide online pay-as-you-use platform that would provide employers and recruiters with hiring process support.
The Customer wanted to launch a Saas Platform to connect Businesses who want to hire, Recruitment companies and job seekers. The platform connects all three parties and automates a lot of manual processes invloved in hiring the right talents.
The developed product is a SaaS solution comprising a set of tools for managing every part of recruiting process, including job distribution, pipeline management, and client feedback.
The online recruitment platform is build on Java as a backend service. Andriod app and AngularJS as a frontend. The API's are built on microservices architecture with redis for cache, MySql for Database. The result is a scalable product which automates most of the manual processes involved in hiring industry.
