The Customer is a Pharmaceutical Company based out of Bengaluru.
The process of manufacturing had various sections and the time consumed in each of these sections were manually written in ledgers, the customer wanted a centralized database for all these entries for them to track the time consumed in the production. The data was later used for analytics and productivity improvement.
The solution delivered is a software product which helps in tracking the time consumed in each section of production like Granulation, Blending, Compression and Packing. We developed a AngularJS frontend and Microservices API engine along with MySql Database for this product. Next phase, we plan to introduce IOT to further automate this process.
We were involed right from requiement collection and analysis of the process followed in the manufacturing unit and suggested the right kind of technologies to be used and rolled out a product for Phase 1.
